Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman continues to share insider details on Apple’s upcoming devices. According to his latest report, the Apple Watch Series 11 will receive a much brighter display as its key improvement.
The Series 11 is expected to deliver peak brightness of 2000 nits, surpassing the 1.96-inch display of the Apple Watch Series 10.
Alongside the brighter panel, Apple will refresh the color options and introduce new watch bands, though the overall design will remain unchanged.

Gurman notes that Apple considered the anniversary Series 10 a major upgrade, so expectations for Series 11 should remain modest.
Apart from the brighter display, the watch will feature the new S11 chipset paired with a MediaTek modem supporting 5G RedCap.
The long-rumored blood pressure monitoring feature — aimed at detecting hypertension — is still uncertain.
Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Watch SE 3 Also Incoming
The more advanced Apple Watch Ultra 3 will replace the current Ultra 2. According to leaks, it will maintain the 49mm titanium case and premium design, but include:
- a brighter display,
- new health features,
- and even satellite connectivity.
Meanwhile, Apple is also preparing the Watch SE 3. Unlike its predecessors, the new SE model may switch from an aluminum body to a plastic one, reducing its price from $249 to $199 — making it the most affordable Apple Watch yet.
